 Hi. You are bidding on a vintage BOSS - Heavy Metal HM-2 Vintage Guitar Effect Pedal which was made in Taiwan in the late 1980s. It has some dents and scratches but still in good and nice shape.

HM-2 Heavy Metal

This pedal produces a distortion that is known from the heavy metal music of the eighties. The "COLOR MIX" tone control is very sensitive and the DIST got a lot of punch. It's a great pedal if you want the 80s Marshall sound without actually using a Marshall amp.


  • The HM-2 is long out of production. It was sold from October, 1983 to October, 1991. This one, according to the bossarea.com serial number decoder was made in December, 1988.
  • Operates perfectly. Bottom has never seen velcro and has its original label.
