Combined shipping

Insurance

Is available as an OPTION at a fixed rate of 5% of product cost (with a minimum charge of $12.50). Upon delivery, the courier will request you to sign a “PROOF OF DELIVERY”. Signing this document upon receipt confirms you have received the item in good condition and as per the consignment note specifications.
