Product Returns
If the item does not correspond with the description, or is dead on arrival, we are happy to refund you in accordance with the Trade Practices Act 1974. If a return or exchange is required, we will provide you with a return authorisation (RA) number. You will need to provide this number with the returned product. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WHICH ARE NOT ACCOMPANIED BY AN RA NUMBER.
The buyer must return the item as soon as possible. All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Each box must be accompanied by a return authorization (RA) number provided by us. Please place the RA number on two sides of the carton being returned. We are unable to track returns without an RA number. In most cases the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
