·         Postage Costs - All items I sell due to there nature and size, are required by Royal Mail to be sent as packets or parcels, as such the cost is significantly higher than a letter. Items of value are sent recorded at an extra cost to me. All items that are not sent recorded are sent with a proof of postage. These costs are not set by me, but by Royal Mail. I also have packaging and handling costs to consider. Please do not use the feedback score to complain about postage charges, I make no money on postage and feel this is unfair. The matter should be taken up with Royal Mail themselves.

·         Packaging - I wish you to receive your item in perfect condition. Packed securely in waterproof packaging and bubble wrap for extra protection. If you wish to purchase your item as a gift please let me know as I can send the item gift wrapped for you (there will be a small charge for this).

·         Description – I describe my items as simply and accurately as possible, if you are bidding on a vintage or used item, that is not listed as new you must expect some degree of wear and tear.
