2. Postage & Handling fees for each item includes actual postage cost, packing materials and labour. All listings clearly state postage & handling cost for your location.

3. We offer combined shipping on our items:

- If purchasing more then one of the same item you will pay full rate for the first plus the amount shown in "Each Additional" for ever extra one.

- If purchasing a range of different items from different listings you will pay the full rate for the item with the highest shipping plus the amount shown in "Each Additional" column for all the other items instead of having to pay the full rate.

Please note: To take advantage of combined shipping all items must be paid in the one go, once the order has been processed we will be unable to offer combined shipping.

4. All items are sent through Australia Post (PO Boxes accepted).

5. All orders paid through PayPal will be shipped to address provided by PayPal.

6. Orders will usually be shipped off on the same business day if payments is received before 2PM. If payments come through on non-business days it will be shipped on the next business day. PayPal payments except e-cheque usually clear instantly. Bank deposits can take up to 1-3 business days to clear across different financial institutions

7. We take extreme care in wrapping and packing of orders to ensure they arrive safely. However as it is out of our control we take no responsibility for any items lost or damaged during transit. We highly recommend you take up insurance.

1. All sales include GST & come with a Tax Invoice.

2. Buyer must contact us within 1 day after purchase. Payment should be made within 3 days after purchase is made. If payment hasn't been received within 7 days and no contact has been made a dispute will be lodged with eBay.

3. Buyer must pay all postage fees unless stated otherwise.

4. We take no responsibility for any item damaged or lost during shipping. Insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Items are the responsibility of the buyer once the item is shipped.

5. Feedback will be left once payment has been received. We would highly appreciate it if buyers may leave feedback for us once the item is received and you are happy.

6.  Any errors or omissions in the item details is unintentional, however extra care is taken to describe the items as best as possible.

Warranty Terms

1. If there are any issues please email our support team at support@BestDealsOz.com.au please quote your invoice number (not eBay item number) and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

2. All items come with a 7 days Dead On Arrival ("DOA") warranty and 1 year Return To Base ("RTB") Warranty unless stated otherwise.

3. For all warranty claims items need to be returned and tested by our service team. Items found to be DOA will be replaced immediately and any associated return postage cost will be refunded. For all other items returned for warranty during the warranty period items will be returned to the manufacturers for testing and replacement or repair. Your replacement will be sent out once we receive it from the manufacturers. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping cost for warranty.

4. If returned items are found to be not faulty a flat service fee of $20+ return shipping cost will apply.

5. All returned items must not show any signs of abuse or physical damage as this will void warranty.

6. All returned items within the DOA period must be in the original packing.
