To pay by credit card, please call us on 03 9416 7072 between 10:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday, or fax your payment detail to 03 9416 7092 at anytime.
For credit card payment, we accept Visa, Master Card and Bank Card.
Please note, for security reasons, we do not call our customers to ask for credit card detail..
Do you issue a tax invoice for the item?
Yes, we will email you a tax invoice / receipt when we receive your payment for the item.
What is your shipping method & delivery time?
Our standard shipping method is Road Express by couriers to anywhere within Australia.
The delivery will take 1 - 10 business days from shipping date depending on destinations.
A signature is required for shipments upon receipt.
Our courier companys will NOT deliver to PO Boxes.
When will you send out my item?
Usually, items will be sent out on the same day or next working day after we receive your payment.
A dispatch notice will be emailed to you shortly after dispatch.
I am new to eBay, what should I do after winning this auction?
The following is the whole transaction process:
1) eBay will send you a winning notice by email at the end of the auctionl.
2) We will also email you a winning notice, giving you the total amount including shipping charges.
3) You need to pay for the item using the accepted payment methods.
4) We will email you a tax invoice / receipt when we receive your payment. (Please note some bank transfers can take up to 2 business days for the fund to arrive.)
5) We will email you a dispatch notice shortly after the item is sent out.
6) You or somebody else on your behalf need to sign for the delivery. (If no one is at home to sign for delivery, you need to contact us immediately to make alternative arrangement, otherwise, the item will be returned to us.)
7) Leave us a positve feedback and we will do the same immediately. (In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the purchase, please contact us before leaving feedback, we are confident that our customer service team will solve the problem for you.)
8) Sit back, put your legs up and enjoy your purchase.
