BANK DIRECT DEPOSIT:

CHEQUE/MONEY ORDER PAYMENT:

• All cheques payable to 'MobileCiti Pty Ltd'.
• Allow an additional 3 business days for cheque to clear. (NOT RECOMMENDED IF ITEM IS URGENT).

PICK UP PAY IN PERSON:

• Please pay at store, accept Cash and EFTPOS.
• Orders under $100 incurs $5 handling fee, or $10 for orders over $100. Charge applied on each item.

Terms & Conditions

• Before bidding, please ensure you read and agree to our/eBay terms and conditions.
• EBay policy clearly states that when you bid on an item you and the seller Mobileciti are entering into a binding contract for that item. Therefore our policy is that all Sales are final.
• A 10% fee applies to all buyers who want to cancel a transaction on eBay after committing to purchase.
• We try our very best to accurately describe the item listed, slight errors may occur, please contact us if you find anything doubtful. It is the Buyer's responsibility to check and confirm the listing details.
• Whilst we make every attempt to maintain stock of every item we offer on eBay, from time to time some items may be out of stock due to delays and supply issues with our suppliers and distributors. In accordance with eBay’s policy we will provide you with timely notification of any out of stock or delayed item and place the item on “back order” with our suppliers.
• All buyers agree to use our secure checkout system to ensure accurate and timely processing of your order. This process provides our system with accurate shipping and order details.
• Payment must be remitted within 7 days of purchase or the order will be subject to cancellation without notice. Non-paying bidders, including cancellations, will be reported to eBay after 7 days.
• We strongly recommend for the buyer to include insurance as we will not be directly liable for any lost or damaged goods without insurance. • We guarantee all insured orders. If your order is lost, stolen or damaged, we will ship a replacement order after the minimum transit time has elapsed 15 days, pending stock availability. Please email us if you have a delivery problem.
• Smooth transactions will receive positive feedback, once the sale is complete. We consider a sale to be completed once the buyer has left us feedback.

Returns & Refund Policy

• Do not accept returns without email approval. Please contact us by email in this situation.
• Only accept item in original condition and return request must be made within 14 days of receipt/delivery. Proof of purchase are required for all return or refund.
• The shipping and handling charged with your order is a non-refundable cost, unless the item you purchased was listed incorrectly online or you were shipped a different product than you ordered.
• Customer can choose full refund or credit if item not available or not as advertised.
• We process approved refunds via Paypal or direct bank transfer only.
