• What is the name of your Dinosaur?

A: After much debate and thousands of suggestions we have decided to call our dinosaur Derek.

• Do you offer a PICK UP service?

A: Unfortunately we do not offer a pick up service under any circumstances.

•  What forms of PAYMENT do you accept?

A: We only accept Bank Transfer (Direct Deposit, Internet Banking), Money Order and PayPal.

• Where are you located?

A: We are located in Sydney and so is everything that we sell!

• Do I get a discount on shipping if I buy more than one item?

A: Great News - the answer is yes!! If you buy multiple items from us you will only have to pay the higher postage cost and not the lower one (if the costs are different). However, if the 2 items are too large or awkward (to be defined by Dinosaur Deals) to be shipped together or it states in the shipping info that item will incur its own postage fee, postage will be charged for each item and the products sent out to you separately.

A: Dinosaur-Deals use Toll Ipec to deliver all their items.

A: Yes, just add an additional $8.90 when paying for each product and we will provide you with insurance.

• Do you sell outside of Australia?

A: We only sell / deliver products to addresses within Australia.

• Can you deliver products to a PO Box?

A: Please note we can not deliver to PO Boxes under any circumstances.
