• This Sleeping Bag Doesnt Come With Any Warranty. This Auction Is Final!
• In the event of claiming parts under warranty, please send the faulty part back to our warehouse or send the picture to hpower2007@gmail.com with your ebay user name and item number. we will then have our mechanics examine and test the fault and replace or repair any item deemed to be faulty.
• Condition of this warranty states that the bike must be preperly assembled and checked thoroughly before using.
• This warranty does not replace parts which are consumable or expendable such as filter, spark plug and plate unless they were faulty initially.
• Warranty does not cover wear and tear or damage due to mishandling, misuse, accidents, neglect or intentional damage caused by the user or by any other event.
• We will not be held liable for and warranty is voided if engine is not run in properly and faults occur due to this.

• Return Policy:

  • Any Return Tent have to be in 7 days Period , the postage cost will be on the purchaser' s expense in both directions.
  • We will refund the money only during 7 days from the date the item have been recieved. (excluding postage fee)
  • Any faulty Part need to send back to us at purchase' s expense.

A. It will depends on payment method. we will organize the shipment within 1 working day once payment is cleared. normaly it take 1-3 days for payment clear.

A. We will email you the shipping details (courier contact number and your connote number). you can contact with courier company to organize the time after you receive the shipping details from us.

Q. Can i organize my own courier company to pick up the item?

A. Very sorry, pick up is not avaiable . we use our own courier company NYK logisitic only.
