Our products are imported by the container load; as such we are able to offer wholesale pricing on our line of goods, to retailers across the country, who would like to purchase bulk items. We supply our products to several retailers across the country.

Couriers arrive at our warehouse several times a week.
Depending on the size and weight of the items Involved, determines which courier company we use to ship your goods.
When we book the couriers, part of the process involves giving them your email address, so they can send you the tracking details. Depending on the way you have your email filters set up, sometimes these emails end up in your junk mail, please check there prior to contacting us for your tracking details.
Delivery times depend on your location. Capital cities are generally between 3 – 7 business days and regional are generally 4 – 10 days. Western Australia may be a little longer as goods are shipped from Sydney. INSURANCE
All our items are packaged appropriately prior to shipping.
All large items are packaged in export grade shipping cartons and smaller items are packaged accordingly.
However there are rare occasions when items can get damaged in transit,
Due to these unforeseen circumstances and the fact that once items leave our warehouse we no longer have control over them. We offer shipping insurance with all our auctions to cover you the customer in these circumstances.
Insurance is not mandatory, we like to give our customers choice. As such do not force it on our customers like other eBay sellers.
However, if insurance is not selected and an item does arrive damaged, it will not be covered and will be up to you to pursue this directly with the courier, without our involvement.
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND INSURANCE AND URGE ALL OUR CUSTOMERS TO CONSIDER IT FOR THE ABOVE REASONS.

All items sent via freight companies are always carefully addressed and packed. However, we assume no liability for goods gone missing or damaged while in transit, insurance is available to cover these mishaps. -
Insurance is available in all our auction listings and is strongly recommended. If insurance is selected we will assist customers in obtaining compensation from the courier companies. However if you do not select shipping insurance, we can not help you and it will be up to you to try and seek damages from the couriers directly. All insurance claims need to be made within 3 days of receipt of item. -
Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. -
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Items are received a lot faster, however time constraints and other courier issues outside of our control could delay delivery.

Items we sell for our suppliers are located in there warehouses and they do not allow
Third parties to pickup from the sites, due to OH & S issues.

Q. DO YOU COMBINE SHIPPING ?
A. The couriers we use base their charges on volumetric weight, that being length x width x height.
as such, sending more then 1 item increases the volumetric weight. So the price listed in each auction is the price of shipping for each product purchased.
Q. CAN YOU PLEASE LEAVE US FEEDBACK ?
A. Due to the manual task of leaving feedback for our numerous customers. We have taken advantage of eBay’s automated feedback system. Once feedback is left for us, it is automatically left for our customers also. Doing it this way, allows us to concentrate more on serving our customers and getting items out to you faster.
Q. CAN I COME TO YOUR SHOWROOM OR CALL YOU ?
A. We are an internet based company as such, we do not have a showroom or call centre staff to answer telephone calls. This is to keep our costs low and sell our products at the lowest possible prices to our customers. However we aim to answer emails within 24hours and on most occasions a lot faster.

A. Our items are sold in an auction format, as such all sales are final. Just like in car auctions and
