1. How do I get a delivery quote?
Enter your postcode into the shipping calculator and a quote will be given to you. Once you have the quote press back and you will be taken back to the eBay listing.

2. How do I request delivery?
Enter your postcode into the shipping calculator and a quote will be given to you. To request delivery please send us an email with your correct address and your contact number and we will adjust your invoice accordingly.

3. Will I need to be home to receive a delivery?
Yes, all deliveries require someone to be present to sign and accept the goods. If no-one is home and cannot be contacted then the delivery will be returned to the depot or our Melbourne Warehouse and a calling card will be left, another delivery fee will be charged for subsequent deliveries.

4. Can I have my item delivered to a P.O. Box address?
No, as we deliver by courier and our items are too large for Australia Post to accept.

5. Can I pay for my item once it is delivered?
No, all deliveries and goods must be pre-paid for before the goods are dispatched. 　

6. Can I change my address after I have made payment?
No, we will automatically ship to your eBay address. If there is a problem with shipping to this address please let us know when requesting your delivery quote. Once an item is in transit we cannot change the address.
　

7. I have organised with my own courier to pickup my item, what do I need to tell them?
The courier needs to know your eBay ID (preferred) or the item number.

A $10 handling fee will apply to all customers wishing to pickup.

We require your eBay ID, a printout of your eBay invoice and an appropriate vehicle to fit the item into.
2. How long do I have to pay for and pickup an item?
Payment and pickup must be made within 7 days of auction finishing. If this is not followed an unpaid item dispute will be opened and the item will be relisted. We understand that things may come up that will prevent some people from picking up within 7 days, please contact us through eBay Messages.

If we deem your vehicle to be unsuitable for the transportation of our goods we will not be held responsible for any damages caused, nor will we load any such vehicle.

Very heavy or high loads may affect your ability to steer and brake safely. A badly placed load may interfere with your view of the road. All increase the risk of an accident.

Will the load endanger your passengers?
Carrying a load projecting from the interior of a passenger vehicle can be dangerous. Passengers should not be responsible for keeping a load in place. You must be confident that the load is stable and will not harm passengers when you stop, accelerate or turn.

Will the load endanger your vehicle?
Overloading or incorrectly loading your vehicle puts extra stress on the engine, suspension and brakes. Remember, passenger vehicles are generally not designed to carry large or heavy loads. Badly packed loads can also damage interior fittings or exterior paintwork.

Will the load be safe?
It's easy to damage valuable purchases by loading them badly - even on a short trip from store to home. Professional transporters have the correct materials to secure and protect your goods.

If in doubt, don't carry the load. Consider hiring a vehicle specifically designed to move loads, or paying for a professional delivery. It could be much cheaper than the consequences of a crash, injury, vehicle repairs or load damage.

1. How do I pay for an item that I have won on eBay?
After the auction is finished and you are the winning bidder we will send you an email with payment details and you can follow this through the payment process.

All warranty claims should be made to us directly via eBay Messages so that we can review the problem. Once a warranty claim is approved all items should be returned back to the BFT warehouse. We will then confirm an appropriate solution in order to rectify the problem.

3. Is the warranty transferable?
No, all warranties are to the original purchaser and all claims should be made via the original purchaser. 　

4. Is the warranty extended if a warranty claim is made?
The warranty is from the original purchase date.
　
5. How can I provide proof of purchase for a warranty claim?
Your invoice and eBay name will provide proof of purchase. All sales are kept on record through your eBay ID.

6. Can I return my items directly back to BFT?
Yes we only require the return to be pre approved prior to returning the item.

7. Who is responsible for return shipping and handling?
All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer. When a refund is issued shipping and handling charges will be deducted.

8. If I found descriptions of the item details different to the item I have received, what should I do?
All care is taken to provide accurate and correct descriptions and all errors and omissions are unintentional. If you have received an item in error please notify us immediately via eBay Messages.
