- Before bidding please ensure you read all our Sales Conditions including our Returns/Refunds/Exchange Policy, Warranty Policy, and Non-Paying Policy.
Placing a bid on an item enters you into a legal contract. Do not bid if you do not intend to buy the item.
- All our item prices include GST.
- All auctions are final and must be paid within 5 working days of the auction ending. You will need to notify us if you cannot pay within this period. Failure to do so will result in an unpaid strike against your account.
- Manufacturer Warranty or Xcelicom Warranty (For imported stock) is provided on all items - Please refer to our warranty pages for detailed information.

- All care is taken in item listings however any misprints, omissions or mistakes are unintentional.
- A cancellation fee of 5.5% of the total sale is applicable for any cancellations (including wrong bidding / change of mind / family or friend bidding without consent / fraud bidding). - Shipping is only within Australia.
- Unfortunately pick up is not available - NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Items are shipped via Australia Post premium service - "eParcel", within 2 working days after full payment is received unless outside of business hours.
- Please allow up to 7 working days for items to be delivered (from the day the item is despatched). In most cases, it will be much quicker.
- Any charges incurred by parcels that cannot be posted due to Buyer providing incorrect address will be covered by the Buyer. These charges must be paid before item will be resent.
- Xcelicom is not responsible for any missing parcel/s in transit unless delivery insurance has been paid.
