If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchased item, please email us via the eBay messaging system.
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and will therefore strive to resolve any issues that you may have. Returns are accepted within 14 (fourteen
days) of the date of delivery. The item(s) must be returned with all packaging, in original sold condition. We will not be able to accept product returns if the
packaging has been damaged in any way.
All standard items are supplied with 12 months manufacturer's warranty unless stated otherwise. All high-end Nokia mobile phones
carry 2 years manufacturer's warranty (counted from release date) as standard. If the item you have received is defective in any way, contact us within 7 days
from the date of delivery and we shall replace the item with the same item type. Customers must return items at his/her own cost. Postage and handling charges are
non-refundable. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method. Please
email us for return instructions.
All sales are considered final. The warranty covers against defective workmanship only, misuse or consumer damage will render the warranty
void.
BuyDay offers a 7 days exchange policy only if the item sold is found to be defective by the manufacturers. The defective item will be exchanged for the same
model only if the return guidelines are followed:
The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturer's accessories, packaging and fully boxed with instruction manuals.
All returns must be boxed and packed securely for postage / shipping. Each box must be accompanied with a return authorization (RMA) number.
