I will replace your product if it is found to be either damaged or “dead on arrival” (DOA) within 14 days from the date of dispatch. Exception will be products that are offered with a Manufacturers Warranty, on most cases I do not handle the returns as warranty is provided directly by the Manufacturer. Any DOA's must be returned back to me within 7 days. All products must be returned with original packing & postage cost is to be paid by you. If item cannot be replaced, money will be refunded.
