All our parcels are sent through Australia Post
by a system called POST eParcel.

Each parcel carries with it a barcode, which
is scanned during the delivery process so we (Goods Online)
can track exactly where your parcel is on request.
The parcel will be delivered to your door where
you will be required to sign for it. If
no one is home, a card will be left advising which
post office the parcel is left at and you can
go and collect it. If a card has not been left,
you can use the eParcel website to determine if it
has arrived at your local Australia Post Office where
you can simply go and collect it.
Full shipping will be charged for
the item with the highest shipping cost, other
items will be charged at 50%. Just wait for
all your items to end before completing
checkout.

Shipping & Delivery
Please make sure your
address you enter via our checkout is CORRECT as we send our items
to THAT ADDRESS and we are not liable or responsible
if you made a mistake or do not inform us of any changes.
All our auctions have
a postage calculator, so please enter your postcode to
calculate your shipping costs.
We offer a
50% discount on some of the shipping of selected items
paid for at the same time via our checkout. Full shipping will be charged for the item
with the highest shipping cost, other items will be
charged at 50%. Just wait for all your items to end
before making payment.
Dispatch of goods is during
business hours from Monday - Friday.
Item will not ship until
payment has been received in full.
Once payment is received
we will send you an email informing you the day your
goods will be dispatched including a eParcel delivery
number for tracking purposes.
In most cases you will
receive your goods quickly but please allow up to
10 working days for them to arrive.
If you have not received
your parcel after 10 working days, please contact
your local post office and quote your eParcel delivery
number.
We will do everything
we can to ensure delivery, but can ultimately not
be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
Warranty
Warranty is
30 days unless otherwise stated in the Ad description.

WILL be reported to ebay, left NEGATIVE feedback and
banned from bidding on any other Goods Online auctions

1. For all faulty items, we will send a form to the buyer to complete and return with the item. For all returned non-faulty items, the buyer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs of returning the item back to us and resending the item back to buyer
2. Return items must be in original packaging; otherwise we will not except your return
3. Where a refund is accepted, 20% of the final value price plus cost of return postage will be deducted. Shipping and Handling is NOT refundabe
