The quickest way to get any warranty issues resolved is to contact the manufacturer, they can provide your nearest authorised service centre, and all you need for proof of purchase is the tax invoice I provide. |

Yes, please email for more information on credit card payment. To accept payment by credit card, we require a copy of both sides of the credit card, as well as a valid Australian drivers licence emailled or faxed to us. |

How will the item be sent to me? |

Most smaller items (DVD players and recorders, VCRs, Camcorders) are sent via Registered Post, larger items (LCD and Plasma TVs) are usually sent via courier. |

Some Plasma and LCD TVs can usually be picked up from most Metro cities. Payment must be made before pick-up can be arranged as there are no payment facilities at the warehouses.
Please contact us prior to bidding if you intend on picking up an item so we can let you know the location of the warehouse in your city. |

Items are generally posted within 24hrs of payment clearing (except weekends). Please note that bank deposits can take up to 1 business day to clear and bank transfers can take up to 2 business days. |

From the box all our DVD players and recorders can play region 4 discs. Some players may be capable of playing other regions, however this may require a) finding a special menu in the player, b) software modification, or c) hardware modification. (Software or hardware modification generally voids the manufacturers warranty) |
