Warranty:
Unlike the majority of online sellers, AudioPro Australia cares about more than just taking your money.  We are committed to the highest levels of after-sales support, and offer extensive warranty coverage on all items we sell.
That is why we sell all our products only with a legitimate, Australian-serviced warranty, usually for 3 or 5 years. We have heard too many stories of customers buying products from overseas and other “aussie” sellers, only to find there is no aftersales support, and no warranty coverage whatsoever.  Many of these sellers advertise “Australian warranty”, but in actual fact, the warranty is underwritten by the seller themselves, who rarely if ever actually pay out any warranty claims.
To obtain service on this warranty, you simply need to return the item to your nearest authorized service centre for the product in question, and then send the quote to the extended warranty provider who provide a RA number and pay for the service. If you require expedited service, it may work out quicker to pay for the service first and have the cost reimbursed, to streamline the time it takes to receive your repaired item back.
Not only do we ensure all goods are covered by legitimate warranties, but we are so confident of the quality of the products we sell, that we offer a 7 day DOA replacement guarantee on any goods found to be defective on their return. To act upon this, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if it is not functioning properly, return it to us immediately, and if found to be faulty upon our inspection, we will replace it with another identical item. If item is found not to be faulty, then transit expenses in both directions will be the responsibility of the customer. All returned goods must be complete with all packaging and accessories, and must be completely undamaged.
