About the Author
Richard Brennan is a fully qualified teacher of the Alexander
technique, having undergone a three-year teacher training course
approved by the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique; he
travels throughout Europe giving talks and couses on the technique. He
has been featured in several newspapers and magazines including Cosmopolitan, Hello and Home and Country;
he has appeared on BBC 1 and RTE 1 and been featured on BBC Radios 4
and 5. He lives in Galway, Ireland where he runs a private practice; he
is also the director of an Alexander teacher training course in Ireland.
