Our courier only do delivery to ground level, an additional charge will be applied for delivery of upstairs, so please make sure your delivery address has no any stairs. Due to occupational health and safety, someone must assist the courier driver with unloading the treadmill as it is too heavy for one person to move on there own. If you have any special requirements a specialised service will be required and extra charges may apply .
Our courier will not be responsible for any assessmbling work.
Pick-up is available between Monday to Friday, from 9:30--17:00. We only accept cash when pick up. Please
