This bag was originally only provided to professionals participating in  the Major Championship with specially logoed  staff bags, including the August commemorative logo to be used at the season’s final major – The PGA Championship.  Bags feature a logo uniquely designed by TaylorMade® that pays homage to the particular tournament and the particular venue at which it is being played.

The August commemorative logo, to be used at the season’s final major, features a hot rod icon as an ode to Detroit, the “Motor City.” A pair of menacing eyes and the phrase “Motor City Monster” appear on the logo, both in reference to the course's nickname, the Monster, bestowed upon it by Ben Hogan. Hogan shot a final-round 67 to win the 1951 U.S. Open at Oakland Hills, which ranks as one of the great finishing rounds in major championship history, and said after the end of the tournament: "I am glad I brought this course, this monster, to its knees."

Two specially logoed bags have been created for each TaylorMade Tour Staff player playing in the PGA Championship, each featuring the August commemorative logo.
