This is an original painters' sample model from the archives of Brigadier Traditional Military Miniatures. It is a model of an Officer of a Black US Infantry Regiment - The 369th - raised for service overseas when the USA entered the First World War. They wore a mixture of equipment including horizon blue French steel helmets. These models were produced on a very limited basis in the early 1980's. The scale is 54mm and it is painted in gloss enamels. It is made of a lead/tin alloy and not suitable for children. Overseas buyers please ask for a postage quote before bidding.
