Well, we're working on clearing out the cupboards of our dear auntie's estate.  She was a great traveller in her day, and had all sorts of odd things. 

I don't know why she kept an old ginger jar, I don't think there was anything special about it, but she did have it a long time - my brother reckons it was there when he was little so that takes it back to somewhere in the 50s.  It stands roughly about 25cm high, and is in excellent condition, cant see any chips or scratches.
