Salt Bath Spa Treatment:
Add 1kg of Himalayan Spa Bath Salt to bath tub and add just enough warm water to cover it. After a few minutes the salt will have dissolved. Fill your bath tub with water and do not add any other products. Make sure the bath water temperature is body temperature. Soak for fifteen to thirty minutes. Do not shower after your bath, simply dry off with a towel. Rest for 30 minutes. Please note if you have any health problems consult with doctor first.
Other uses if you have no time for bath:
Let dissolve in warm water and soak your hands or feet to draw out toxins from the body and stimulate

Congestion:

Care Of Your Lamp:
Always put a placemat or coaster under your lamp or candle holder. Do NOT place it near a fish tank or evaporative cooler - the Salt Lamp will absorb the water and drip. If this occurs, blot the lamp with a dry cloth or paper towel, and place it in the hot sun for four hours to dry before repositioning it to a more appropriate position and turning it back on. It is natural for a Salt Lamp to absorb moisture in humid conditions. NEVER immerse your lamp into water to wash it. If the lamp is continually switched on, it won't need to be cleaned. If for any reason it does, gently wipe it with a damp sponge.
