All orders sent within Australia are sent either Registered, or regular Post.
Express Post is also available for Australian Buyers.
Regular Post is available on request however when requesting this service buyers must acknowlege that they will accept all responsibility for items lost in post & refunds/replacements will not be granted.
All international orders will be sent via Airmail with the option to purchase insurance, the cost dependent upon destination country. Please contact us for a quote.
Terms & Conditions
Contact must be made within 24 hours & payment be received within 7 days of commitment to buy (i.e Auction closing or commitment to buy a buy it now item) unless arranged prior to end of auction or commitment to buy between buyer & seller.
All purchases will only be sent once payment has been cleared.
Payments can be made via Bank Deposit, Cash on Pickup, money order/cheque and PayPal. For bank deposits please ensure your Ebay user ID is used as a reference – failure to do so will result in items being delayed as goods will only be sent when payment can be identified. Please note overseas cheques/money orders attract an additional $10 fee due to bank fees and take 28 working days to clear and will not be sent until cheques clear.
The seller will take care & package all purchased goods appropriately, however NO responsibility is taken for items damaged in transit as Australia Post does not offer a fragile service and this is NOT covered by insurance
Insurance and/or Registered Post is offered at an additional fee. Failure to select, and/or request & pay an insurance fee will result in no responsibility taken for items lost in post.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED OR REPLACEMENTS SENT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ITEMS LOST IN POST WITHOUT INSURANCE.
We do offer combined postage discounts, please advise which items you are after and where it is being sent too for us to give you a quote on combined postage.
Please ask all necessary questions prior to bidding/buying as refunds minus postage costs will only be given in the extreme event that items are subject to factory faults & must be received in the same condition as sent.
NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERRED FOR INCORRECT CHOICE OF REGION ENCODING FOR DVDs.
