We expect payment within 7 days (please), if you can't make it in that time let us know. Insurance is available at your request for the cost of $2.50.
IMPORTANT: Leave your user ID as a reference when making payment, if you're making a deposit over the counter (sometimes the banks won't let you use letters) please use any number of your choice eg your postcode and send us an email with this information, please understand how important this is, if we can't successfully identify YOU as the PAYEE, then your package may be delayed (and that's pretty much the last thing we want to happen).
Please don't pay LESS or MORE than the total of your invoice, as that also could lead to delays, if you accidentally pay more don't worry we'll put a refund in your package, if you pay less, we will contact you and let you know
