*Please contact me within 3 days of auction end.  Payment  within 7 days.

*I aim to describe and photograph all the items I list as accurately as possible so buyers are happy with their purchase so please read the description carefully and study the photos which also make up part of the description and remember to contact  me before bidding if I haven't mentioned something that is important to you.  Many of the items I list are pre-loved so unless an item is described as "as new" it will probably display signs of it's previous life which is part of the charm of vintage items however I will always list obvious faults and I try to give an accurate description and provide clear photos to help with your purchase decision but I am not an expert and I am also human and may have missed something so if I have accidently misrepresented an item or if you have any other problems please don't leave negative feedback - contact me so we can work it out.

*I take great care with packaging as you can see from my feedback but I cannot refund for broken or lost items.  I highly recommend Registered Post at an additional $2.75 especially for breakable items which provides proof of posting, signature on delivery and insurance cover up to $100. Items lost or broken or delivered late by Australia Post happens very rarely but it is something that I have no control over unless the parcel is sent Registered Post.
