I list all my items as I source them, ie if I buy as new, I list as new. New with/without tags, means unworn. Second hand usually means worn but in excellent or near new condition, unless otherwise stated. I always try to list items that do not have a ‘used’ look about them.
I TRY TO DESCRIBE EACH ITEM AS ACCURATELY AS POSSIBLE. I do however, encourage you to contact me to find out ADDITIONAL information on any of my items if necessary.
If any enquires arise please email and I will respond as soon as possible, usually within a couple of hours.
- All measurements are taken with clothes lying flat...if unsure of size, please measure one of your own and compare.
- Please make contact within 3 days.
- Payment must be received within 7 days from end of auction (unless arrangements are made), or the item will be relisted & Non-Payment dispute will be filed
- I am happy to combine postage on multiple purchases.
- I am also happy to wait for payment if bidding on other items, please advise if doing so.
- Once items leave my hands, I have no control. If an item is not received, please make contact after waiting a reasonable amount of time. We can then discuss options.
- Should you be unhappy with your purchase, please contact me to negotiate a resolution before leaving feedback. I am a firm believer in a win/win outcome!
- This is a smoke free home, we do however have an open fireplace and during colder months certain fabrics absorb some smoke, although they are kept well away.
