BULL THE BIOGRAPHY by HOWARD WRIGHT.

The biography of PHIL BULL commemorates a man who made a fortune out of betting on horses, a writer and publisher of international repute, a successful racehorse breeder and owner, a political thinker and a longtime campaigner for reform in the sport of horse racing.. Born in 1910 the son of a miner and a schoolteacher, progressed through Grammer school and graduated from Leeds University with a degree in mathematics. He first published TIMEFORM in 1948, and remained associated with the company until his death at the age of 79 in 1989. A very interesting read.

This 1st edition hardback book was published in 1995, it is in EXCELLENT condition with no stains or creases. There are 344 clean & crisp pages, there are no inscriptions. The dust wrapper is in EXCELLENT condition and has not been price clipped. A quality edition.
