 Q: Is the chopping board itself removable - useable on both sides? And both sides have been "very well used"? Thanks! ERIC
A: Hi there, you could turn the board over as it has never been used but as it has been recessed you would need to use a router to do an edge which is possible if you're handy. The top board is still usable. Regards Kerry
