Payment is to be WITHIN 7 days of auction finishing. Check-out MUST be done within 3 days of auction finishing. Australian bidders are encouraged to use Direct Deposit, with Overseas bidders to use PayPal - please :)

We try to post within 4 days of payment clearing in our bank account. If payment clears in my account on the Friday, then posting will be on the Monday. You will be emailed when your item/s have been posted.

We pack items with the most care. We wrap linens with tissue paper & breakables in bubble wrap. We charge a minimal amount in the postage costs to cover the wrapping. Postage is not done with the intention of making profits from it. There are no hidden costs. Postage is done with the intention that the buyer receives their item/s in good condition. We are not responsible for items once posted.

 If you require additional postage (registered/ insurance etc) please contact us first before completion of Check-Out.

Shipping cost to Overseas Buyers are done by the Australian Post's International Post Charges. Please ask for the postage cost for the item you are interested in buying, before bidding.

Please remember that once you make a bid that you MUST pay if you win. All item/s are sold "AS IS" with a refund given ONLY if the item/s is not as described. No refund for change of mind. Refund is only by way of merchandise credit. Postage of returned item/s must be paid by the buyer. We only refund the price of the item/s, not the postage costs.

ALL non-paying winners WILL be given negative feedback and reported to Ebay. We endeavor to give positive feedback, but find that if you don't pay then we have no choice but to put in a non-pay claim. If you are not aware, ALL sellers incur fees with Ebay. This means that there are fees relating to purchases for sellers. It's not that we want to be nasty and give bad feedback. Sellers don't need extra fees due to non-payers :)

Mum and I have been collecting linens for sometime now. Selling on Ebay is our hobby. I am 44 and mum is 67. Mum has been embroidering since she was 16, and has the most perfect handwork that I have seen. We sell linens that are mainly Vintage (meaning that they are old, not new). We sell linens that are top quality. We try to find the best quality linens to sell at the best prices.

 We also restore linens to their pristine condition before selling. Mum does the embroidery and crochet, while I do the cleaning and presentation. We do not do spot cleaning, as this is left up to the buyer. This helps to keep our linens to a reasonable price.

Mum loves to embroider, as I just love to collect. The items we offer for sale are items that we would only buy ourselves. So you can see by the quality of our linens that we ourselves have a great collection :)
