COMBINED SHIPPING
We combine postage costs for multiple purchases.
In the even when multiple purchases have been placed by a single buyer, items will be combined and shipping costs adjusted within 24 hours.

We offer all customers the option of convenient pick up from Rhodes, NSW
AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY
Items posted within Australia are posted using Registered Post.
Some items, however, due to their size cannot be sent using Australia Post and will be sent using courier services.
Please contact us prior to purchase to get a courier quote for large items (e.g. Step2 products).
Most items are delivered within 2-3 business days. However on rare occasions Australia Post takes a bit longer.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International deliveries are performed using Registered AirMail unless instructed differently by customer.
Please note that not all products can be delivered internationally.
Large items such as Step2 products cannot be shipped overseas due to their size and weight.

INSURANCE
Although during packing we make sure that every item is packed safely and securely, we strongly recommend purchasing insurance for international shipments.
Most items will be dispatched within 24 hours.
PAYMENT

RETURNS
We offer product exchange within 10 days after posting only when the item has a manufacturing defect. We do not offer returns or exchanges due to change of mind, sorry. However manufacturer's warranty still applies to all of our products.

We sell our products through a variety of sources including our own website and our inventory software updates only once every 24 hours. Therefore in very rare cases, item listed on eBay may actually be sold out and no longer available. In that event the buyer will be advised within 24 hours after purchase and a full refund will be granted immediately.

All Barbies are packaged in tough boxes for secure shipping to prevent any damage (at no extra charge).
