Apologies if you think some of the below terms & conditions may sound a bit harsh but we had to set them due to repeat offenders and dishonest bidders.

-          Item sold as is, what you see is what you get, NO warranty is offered

-          The item listed in a perfect operating condition as at time of listing

-          We only use this venue on a personal basis not a business; we only sell used unwanted items or unused new gifts; so the buyer is benefiting more than the seller.

-          We endeavour to provide a good item description to the best of our intention and ability; please be a good communicator and ask as many questions as you can before you bid

-          Unless noted otherwise, we expect you to honour your bid and pay within three days maximum should you be the successful bidder, delays in doing the exchange (especially without communication) may end up by relisting the item and negative feedback left.

-          Since you are the buyer, to express how happy your are with buying the item and upon exchange, you should leave a feedback first before we do.

-          As we have to provide the Paypal option, however our preference is either cash upon pick up or electronic fund transfer into our bank account if delivery is to be organised.

-          We only accept round up amounts and bids to the nearest dollar. NO cents will be accepted i.e. if your winning bid was $28.25 your invoice will read $29.00
