• Shipping will be combined for multiple purchases.
• I am happy to combine shipping costs to save your money. Please contact me after I have invoiced you to let me know you have received the invoice and tell me how you will be paying
• Delivery time for EMS is 4-5 working days under usual conditions. And 2-3 weeks for regular mail.

Payment

• Payment must be made within 7 days of the auction close date, if it is not then your item will be relisted and an unpaid dispute will be filled.

Return Policy

•  If you are not completely satisfied with the item, you may email us and we will be happy to give you the return address.
•  If there is any defection with the items you buy from YarnHouse, another one will be sent immediately with no additional cost to buyer.
•  If you are unhappy with the item you have bought you can return it in 15 days. We can either refund or send another one that you will select. Shipping fee is nonrefundable.
