For auction I have 1 Stainless Steel Proover Steaming Box with heating element.

This is normally use in a stand alone proover cabinet about the size of a single rack to generate steam for proving the dough.

Measurements : 382mm x 140mm x 202mm (high)

Weighs 3.1 Kg

THIS AUCTION IS FOR PURCHASING OF SINGLE UNIT

There is not thermostat or a water ball valve attachment with this. If you need this you will need to buy a thermostat and have an electrician fit it with the control outside the steamer unit.

I can post this Australia wide, please provide a post code and suburb for shipping costs.

 

Cost including packing and handling via Australia Post will be approximately $30.00 each for metropolitan NSW and Victoria.  South Australia will be approximately $35.00

Alternatively if you would like to pick up the item, this can be easily arranged.
