  • This listing is for 1 x adult's size 7 (inside sole measures 23.5cm). Please stand on a ruler with your heel on 0. Now measure to your longest toe. That is your foot length. Please add to your foot length 1cm for a comfortable fit with room for growth. Please only add 0.5cm to your foot length for a snug fit with no room for growth or if your teacher has told you that they want a good fit. If you have a wide foot or you are a boy you will add 1 cm to your foot length for a snug fit or add 1.5cm to your foot length for a comfortable fit. If you have a narrow foot you would only add 0.5cm to your foot length. For example if your foot is 22.5cm and you want a comfortable fit you would add 1cm so the inside sole you would need is 23.5cm.
