POSTAGE

I use Australia Post satchels:  a $5.70 parcel holds up to 500gm and $9.90 parcel holds up to 3kgs.  I also provide appropriate additional wrapping for protection during transit free of charge.  For overseas shipping, I charge $14 for the first item.  For both domestic and international customers, if you purchase more than one item from me, then you will receive FREE POSTAGE for all additional items!!!!!!!!  If you wish to take advantage of this offer, please feel free to either adjust the invoice or payment, or send me a request for an updated invoice.  Thank you.

I will post your item(s) the following business day after receiving payment.  However, please note that whilst all care is taken, I am not able to accept any responsibility for loss or damage which occurs after shipping and I recommend requesting insurance if you wish to cover this possibility.

PAYMENT

I accept Paypal or direct deposit from Australian customers.  The only payment method I am able to accept from international customers is Paypal due to high bank fees sorry.  Please contact me within 3 days of auction close to advise your preferred payment method.  Please also ensure payment is made within 5 days (unless alternative arrangements have been made).

RETURNS

Due to the intimate nature of the items being sold, I am not able to accept returns for hygiene reasons.  Please ensure you are happy with the size you have chosen prior to purchase and do not hesitate to contact me if you require any further information in relation to sizing.  Thank you.
