From a local estate. Original badge that is over 75 years old and has no current powers or authority.  Baltimore City Maryland Police Badge 3rd Issue used from 1862-1890. Also known as a twenty pointer, hat piece or device that came with it is included, was used on keystone kop type hat from 1880-1896.  All shipping must have a tracking number. Paypal please.
