Based on the true adventure of an Alaskan sled dog named Balto who trekked across the frozen tundra to deliver a serum to a remote village in 1925, Balto is a heart warming animated film that features the voices of Kevin Bacon and Bridget Fonda. Balto, who is half wolf and half dog and therefore an outcast among the other dogs, must endure the treacherous attacks of the evil Steele as he tries to lead the precious cargo of serum through the dangerous Alaskan winter to save the village of Nome from diphtheria as well as win the love of Jenna, a female dog with whom he has fallen in love.

Wolf Quest is the follow up animated feature to the very successful Balto. The difference this time is that the story is purely fictional. Balto and Jenna have just had a litter of six puppies. After eight weeks, all are ready for adoption by humans, but one is not wanted. While five of the pups are like their mother both in looks and attitude, Aleu is different, she looks and acts like her father - like a wolf. After a near tragic incident, Balto is forced to tell Aleu the truth, why humans wont trust her. Being hotheaded, she runs away to try and find her true place in the world. Balto goes looking for her, himself having recurring dreams, and they both end up on a voyage of discovery.
Product Origin and Condition All of our products are Genuine, brand new and never used (no illegal copies!) direct from the Australian distributor. Where the manufacturer encloses the product in shrink-wrap, the wrapping will be intact.

Many of the DVDs we sell are coded for Region 4 and are not intended (and unsuitable) for use outside of Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Central America, Mexico, South America, and the Caribbean. To play these discs you need to have either a Region 4 DVD player, a player modified to become a Region 0 player, or a player that effectively ignores the region coding. Check your player manual and/or dealer. Most DVDs and ALL games sold by us are designed for PAL systems and will only work with NTSC systems that specifically cater for the PAL format. Most if not all DVD Players sold in Australia are PAL/NTSC compatible - check with your manufacturer; Most TVs sold recently in Australia are Multi System - PAL/NTSC compatible - but once again check with your manufacturer. All Games and Games Consoles sold in Australia are PAL only.
Delivery Address Changes eBay send us your delivery address information electronically when you place your order. Shipping Australia - The most economical method of delivery is Australia Post Regular Parcel Post. Our preferred method of delivery is Australia Post Registered Parcel Post as this option offers security at a low price.
For Registered Parcel Post, Australia Post provides a unique identification number for every article, proof of posting and a signature is obtained on delivery. Insurance cover of up to $100 is included.
Post Office boxes are encouraged to ensure safe delivery. Overseas - The most economical method of delivery is Global Mail in conjunction with your domestic mail system. All of our deliveries are Registered (Recorded Signed For in the UK). This service provides a unique identification number for every article and proof of posting. A signature is obtained on delivery. Local Pickup facilities are regretfully not available at this time.
Delivery Times We will send you an email when your purchase is despatched. Australia - Regular and Registered Parcel Post - 1 to 3 business days from day of despatch is common. Allow up to 6 business days in remote areas. You are encouraged to call or visit your local Post Office if your parcel is not received within this time frame.
We process and despatch eBay orders during the next three business days following the day the order is placed by you. Overseas - Your order is normally shipped by our Global Mail operator in conjunction with your domestic mail system. It is common for delivery to be made within 1 to 2 weeks, Customs and Postal Authorities permitting.
Returns We understand that you may not always be completely satisfied with your purchase, and in some instances may need to return a product to us. With this in mind we have done our best to make returning a product as easy and convenient as possible. Set forth below are our policies with respect to returns as well as instructions on how to return a product to us. Non defective items - Products may be returned for replacement or refund if they are received back by dvdorchard within 30 days of shipment, AND in the case of new products sold, they are returned in mint condition in their unopened, original packaging, and they are returned in perfect condition. Defective items - In general, products of any kind may be returned for replacement or refund if they are received back by dvdorchard within 30 days of shipment. We will respond quickly and advise you of your next step. There have been defective disc's/incompatible dvd players but more often than not the problem can be solved by the user with a little guidance.
