We strive to stock quality reasonably priced items.  If you feel that an item is unfairly priced, please email us.  We will consider all reasonable offers from serious buyers.  We gladly combine shipping, but please do not ask for a quote unless you are seriously considering a purchase.  A great deal of time goes into packing and weighing items.  

Please use the ebay contact system for any special requests (e.g. expedited shipping, shipping to different address, etc). Do not send messages through Paypal.

We include shipping confirmation on all printed labels.  We do offer refunds on a case by case basis. You may return an item if it is not as described. We do our best to be sure all items work properly and are accurately described before listing, but mistakes do occur.  We do not offer refunds on postage unless a product is grossly misrepresented or we ship the wrong item.  No refunds if item is damaged in the mail or gets lost in the postal system; insurance is optional but recommended. Refund is given upon receipt of item. An email, immediately upon receipt, advising of any problem is required.  We will give complete instructions for return.  

It is our policy to only give feedback once feedback is received. This is the only assurance we have that you are completely SATISFIED with the transaction. We have had hundreds of transactions where no feedback was received.   We pride ourselves on our great customer service and on our POSITIVE feedback.  When you are leaving feedback, please keep in mind that sellers do have expenses in shipping the item(s) you are purchasing. We have to purchase materials to ship your item (we do try to use recycled items and Priority boxes), print labels, purchase ink for printers, and the cost of gas to take items to the post office, and we provide delivery when available. We have no control over the PO, only how quickly we ship, please keep this information in mind when completing the new feedback section.

We have a very nice selection of books for a variety of interests and we also have a wonderful variety of toys.  New items are added weekly if not daily and if we don't have it today...we might have it tomorrow or next week!

We gladly combine shipping! When you are done shopping, use the checkout system to request an invoice and we will send you a combined invoice.  We will quote shipping on multiple items for SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY.  We ship at least 2 times a week (usually Tuesdays and Saturdays).  

We gladly ship overseas.  We do charge a handling fee which has been computed into your shipping quote. We are not responsible for shipping time only how quickly we ship. OVERSEAS buyers, please check dates on your package before leaving feedback. Serious buyers, please feel free to email with questions before bidding / buying. Customs form is marked "merchandise" and actual cost is documented - no exceptions.
