I think she is from the late 90's/very early 2000. She has her original ring (clear/diamond style) & both original earings which are made out of hard plastic. They are clear (diamond style). She comes with her Haloween Top, Black leggins and white shoes. All in General in pretty good condition. Her hair need styling and could probably do with a clean in general. Kelly is dressed in her Halloween Costume which comes with her Haloween Bag, The Haloween Bag is made out of paper/thin cardboard and little bent/creased because when I moved, it was just thrown in a box with dolls on top. Kelly's hair has not been cut. I took her out of the box myself to display in my own collection, she might be a little dusty, but she looks more than fine to me.
