After winning the World 500cc Championship in 1976 Barry Sheene would back up in 1977 for his title defence. Little had changed for 1977,apart from the bikes colour scheme. Barry Sheene was still on the attack, wanting to prove that the previous year was no fluke. Barry would go on to secure his second World Championship in that year. This magnificent artwork depicts Barry Sheene with the famous 'crossed' number seven plate on the front of his Suzuki factory bike, as he continues through a double apex right bend. This artwork is exclusive to IMPHO and is from the original painting by well regarded motorsport artist Gillian Tapsell, who has kindly hand-signed the print. The print is A3 in size and is printed on quality 180gsm stock, measuring 295mm X 420mm. This print will be shipped in a brand new tube which will be sealed for protection.
