All gym equipment packages have been designed so that they can be expanded if you decide to progress towards more advanced weight training goals.

Basic & Intermediate Training Package Deal

Machine Training
The Machine Training package offers Basic and Intermediate trainers an affordable and compact home gym with the ability to progress on to Advanced Physique training. This package is ideal for people who are new to training and have not had experience with free weight training. It is also ideal for people who have weight training experience but like the control of the machine.

The Machine Training package allows you to perform all the major compound exercises with complete safety. Unlike other home gyms which come with weight stacks, you are not limited to the weight that is on the gym. Plus the Powertec Leverage system has virtually no resistance so it actually feels like much more expensive weight training equipment that you would find in a gym.

2 x 20kg Rubber Coated Olympic Plates

2 x 10kg Rubber Coated Olympic Plates

2 x 5kg Rubber Coated Olympic Plates
