• Insurance on your products is now included free of charge.  We don’t believe you should pay for something that is not your fault.

• The insurance will cover the item during transit for damage. Should your item be damaged in anyway when it is delivered, please contact us immediately with details so that we may begin the replacement process.   
  Insurance claims can only be processed if notified within 5 working days.

We also offer free advice on our products or renovations in general.  If there is something you are not sure about, or want to know, please feel free to write in and ask.  We would be glad to help if we can.
