Payment :

• Only SERIOUS bidders are welcome to the auction.
• We accept paypal only (No surcharge). Please email me if you encounter any problem on payment.
• Importation tax, custom fee does not include. (All items are shipped out as "gift").
• All payments are expected completed within 5 days after auction closed. Unpaid auction will be forfeited and buyer will receive NEGATIVE FEEDBACK?

Shipment :

• Item will be shipped within 2 working days after received a verified payment.
• All items are shipped out as "gift".by normal international airmail via Hong Kong Post Office. Normally, it will take 7-14 working days for delivery.
• You can choose registered post with tracking number provided by paying an extra GBP 1.5 for the postal insurance.
• It is highly recommend the buyer to pay insurance (send by registered mail) if the buyer want tracking number.
• We are not responsible for any loss in the mail if the item is not insured(non-registered mail).
• We only ship the item to the address listed according to paypal payment information. Buyer should make sure shipping address is correct.
• Please contact us within 30 days from dispatched if you don't receive our item(s). Otherwise, we would consider that the item(s) has been received.

Refund and Return :

• Return accepted if items found faulty on receipt. Your visual Photo is good for us to take action for you.
• All damaged/ defective items must be reported within 3 days upon receiving the items and must returned as same received condition.
• Defective product will be offered exchange. In case product is not in stock, we would refund the amount you paid.
• Buyer is responsible for the shipping fees of returned item(s).
• Refunds are NOT generally issued. Special situations are examined on a case to case basis.
• Notify us immediately if product is found in non-working condition, product should be sent back to us within 3 days and should reach us not later then 15 days.
