My Selling Policies
PAYMENT:
+ All payments must be prepaid. We do not accept cash on delivery.
+ We prefer PayPal. For other payment methods, please ask us first BEFORE you place a bid.
+ All payments are expected within 7 days after the auction ends. An Unpaid Item Reminder will be sent via eBay to buyers who have not paid after 7 days.
SHIPPING:
+ We ship the item from Hong Kong by air mail. It usually takes about 7-14 days to arrive at most places around the world.
+ Items are generally shipped out in 2-3 working days after payment has been received.
+ The buyer should pay the customs / import duties, local sales tax or any other extra fees if happened in buyer's place. Our prices do not include any of them.
+ Local pick-up is not available.
+ We are not responsible for the undeliverable address. We reserve the rights to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to buyer’s wrong address.
+ We would combine shipping charges for the multiple purchases.
+ We mark the item as GIFT when shipped, and declare as low value as possible for the customs purpose.
WARRANTY:
+ All of our items are covered with FULL ONE YEAR WARRANTY from the date of purchase.
+ Warranty covers for defective products only. Physical damage or misuse by customer is not exchangeable.
+ All items are well-packed, brand new, never used, not refurbished.
RETURN POLICY:
+ If your item fails to perform within warranty period, please send it back for a replacement. If buyer asks for refund for defective products, shipping and handling cost is not refundable. Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
+ All returns must have prior authorization. Please note we will not accept any returns that have not been authorized by us. Please contact us before you return the item.
+ Buyers pay for the shipping cost to ship the products back for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the shipping of replacement.
FEEDBACK:
+ We appreciate your positive feedback, and will do the same for you on eBay at the same time. We value every customer. Please make sure you contact us before leaving a negative or a neutral. There are always ways to work things out to meet your satisfaction. We reserve the rights for refund or warranty if you leave us a negative or neutral feedback before giving us opportunity to help you solve the problems.
