Payments are to be made and cleared within 3 days of auctions end. If you don't think you can make the payment within the specified time, please contact me before placing a bid.

We ship at the end of each business day. Once your payment has cleared, your item will be packed and ready to be sent the following day. If the dispatch of an item is delayed for some unforseen reasons, we will contact you to let you know and will offer a small compensation, to apologise for the delay. This will usually comprise of something relating to your purchase, eg. 25g of seed beads free. We ask that you bare with us during such times as we endeavor to get your items out to you. Once packages leave our hands we are no longer responsible for them. Any damage or loss of items must be taken up with Aus Post, we cannot do anything about lost/damaged parcels as we are not the ones delivering the parcels and Aus Post will unfrtunately be unable to do anything if the package is sent un-registered. Therefore we usually post all packages using the pre-paid satchels, which come already registered (unless the parcel weighs below 250g, then we send via regular post). Postage for this items will be $7.

Combined Shipping

We will happily combine more then 1 of these items and post as 1 package. Please add $3.50 per additional lot. 1 lot = 8 pieces, 1 lot = $7 shipping, each additional lot = $3.50 shipping. If you are buying 4 or more lots, shipping will then be converted to a flat rate of $20. 4 lots = 32 pieces.

All bids/sales are final. By placing bids/buying our products, you agree to the terms outlined in our auctions. If you do not agree to our terms, do not bid on our auctions. As soon as payment is recieved we will leave feedback. We check each item before it is sent out to make sure it is not faulty, therefore, we do not accept returns. Each package is carefully wrapped using tissue paper and bubble wrap.
