· I endeavour to respond to all emails within 12 hours
· Unless negotiated, please finalise your payment within 7 days of first purchase
· For multiple purchases please wait for an invoice so combined postage costs can be applied. Depending on combined weight & volume, you may be eligible for a larger postage discount.
· Registered post is optional and highly recommended at a cost of $2.70. This is a one off fee for each parcel whether you purchase 1 item or multiple items. (See Postage & Handling section below for further information)
· Pick up is available for all items, please contact me in advance to arrange a suitable pickup time/place.

Payment
Within 7 days of auction ending, please make contact with me & pay for your item.
If you have problems paying within this time please email me to make other payment arrangements. An unpaid item dispute will be opened if payment or contact is not made within the specified time frame. Non paying bidders will be reported and feedback will be left accordingly.
For multiple purchases, email me for combined invoice and postage before going through the payment process to ensure you receive the correct postage discount.
To receive combined postage discount, multiple purchases must be paid for in the one transaction.

To ensure your items are sent promptly, please email me when making payment and include your username to identify you as the payee. There will be a delay in posting if I am unable to identify the payee.

Postage & Handling
Postage & Handling Charge covers cost of postage, packaging supplies, invoice and handling.
Local Pickup is available. Item is located in the Barossa Valley. Please contact me by email in advance to arrange a time/place.
I post within Australia only using Australia Post.
For multiple purchases, the standard postage & handling policy for purchases combined on one invoice is that buyers pay the postage price for the highest postage cost item. The buyer then receives 50% off postage and handling cost of each additional combined purchase.
Please wait or email me for a combined invoice as depending on weight and volume of combined purchases, you may be entitled to additional postage discount. Please do not complete checkout (“PAY NOW”) prior to receiving an updated invoice as I will not be able to combine items on one invoice.
Just like me I’m sure you do not like getting ripped off, therefore if postage is less than buyer paid, additional items are included in the parcel to cover excess postage charge.
Great care is taken when packaging items. Smaller quantities are posted in a bubble wrap lined mailer envelope. Larger quantities are posted in a 500g or 3kg satchel enclosed in a box and/or bubble wrap.
Pay no more than $7 for a satchel up to 500g and $13 for a satchel up to 3kg. This is based on weight not volume. Please email for postage cost if you require Express Post.
A Registered Post fee of $2.70 is highly recommended and would be charged on top of the calculated postage & handling cost.
Benefits of Registered Post within Australia are:
· A unique identification number is issued for every article therefore every parcel is traceable.
· A signature obtained on delivery
· Insurance of up to $100 is included.
I am not liable for items damaged in transit or parcels not being received. Proof of postage and the registered post unique identification number will be provided to the buyer which will enable the matter to be pursued with Austral Post.
All items are sent within 48 hours of receiving "cleared" payment in full and I will email you when your item(s) have been posted.
Refunds & Returns
I appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email me within 24 hours of receiving your parcel and return the item to me within 7 working days.
Your product will be replaced with the same or similar item if available or you will be refunded the purchase price including postage minus $5.00 of postal charge.
If you are thinking of leaving negative or neutral feedback, please contact me first as I would like the opportunity to fix any problems you may have.
If you choose to leave negative or neutral feedback without contacting me first, please understand that the feedback will be responded to appropriately.

All efforts have been made to make picture colour as accurate as possible, however please understand that photos/monitors do not always reflect the true colour of items and colours of actual products may vary slightly. If you are looking for a particular colour, please email me before bidding or purchasing.
