On the back there is a old worn sticker that says two words ...I can just make out BRETAGUE ?

Which I believe is French for Brittany ( the western region of France )

I thought I should add that the desk has no keys...and to those asking about age, origin ,type of wood / veneer etc ...truly I have no idea at all. Just hoping that people looking at it might know more than me. Anybody is welcome to have a look before they bid.
