We processing Beef jerky and Beef jerky sticks and BEEF Jerky SALAMI
We try to process ALL Beef jerky products with less on nitrite and without any other preservatives. We don’t use binding-agents(wheat, rice, or other) or color or other things. We have in some honey in it and in some soy-sauce(this sauce is too without all preservatives).
Our products must be tested in a LAB before it goes out. But this is not always a insurance, we working meat and this is working all the times.
BEEF JERKY SALAMI:
Is like a normal SALAMI, but you can take it anywhere else with you(you don’t need it refrigerated, but please when you have the bag opened up, put it in the fridge).
The next is, this is a product with less on FAT AND SALT,
THIS IS MAKED FROM THE SAME MEAT LIKE A BEEF JERKY.
But here it is cut and layered together to get a more easy to chew product for the people. This Product can have up to 5%Fat in it, but normal we have the regular 3% fat in it(here is it depending on the meat what we get)
We have grass-feed beef from the North of Queensland in Australia.
It is NO SUGAR, NO BINDING-AGENTS OR OTHER THINGS IN IT.
The only thing is here the Sodium nitrite, to keep the red color after processing(in the future comes a other product out without nitrite)
