This is the test that I used to prepare myself for the Police Service.  Without this I would not have passed.  I downloaded this to my MP3 player and went to the field and marked out 20 meters.  I did this 3 times a week and I am happy to say I it worked. Don't be fooled be those other imitation tests out there.
